The north star of Vale das Estrelas is the Polaris Clubhouse which offers a spacious communal area with stunning views, a lounge, library, and both indoor and outdoor chairs and tables. It’s the perfect setting for enjoying meals hot from the braai, hosting events and wine tastings, with a cozy roaring fire in the winter and the infinity pool, sun loungers and pool bar for the summer.

Wine is at the core of Vale das Estrelas, and guests can explore the rich history of Alentejo through our unique Wine Story-tastings. Based on our travels and experiences meeting local winemakers for our podcast series Ana & Al’s Big Portuguese Wine Adventure, they are not just about savouring flavours, but also about uncovering the stories behind them. We offer an immersive journey through Portugal’s diverse wine regions and indigenous grapes, paired with the best bottles from Alentejo’s wineries.

Pétanque, Boules, or Pétanca as they call it here - we’ve built a championship sized court next to our three sisters: the old olive trees which share your sweeping view of the Alentejo landscape. Whether a seasoned player or a beginner, it’s a chance to indulge in friendly competition while soaking in the natural beauty. The game is all about good company and the joy of playing under the open sky.
