Vale das Estrelas will be a sustainable, off the grid eco-lodge providing bed and breakfast, events and wine tasting.
Each room is designed to give you privacy, as well as your own slice of the fabulous view across the rolling hills to the Monchique mountains.
Spend solitary time wandering through the cork oaks and pine trees to the lake, discovering the hidden paths and chill out spots and exploring the valley.
Or relax by the pool and sample some Alentejo wines with your hosts and fellow adventurers – you never know who you might meet at the Dog & Hound bar.

We have one guesthouse with the most amazing views over the valley and is divided into the Sunrise Room (one bedroom) and the Sunset Room (two bedrooms).
Our dirt track is on the adventurous side, we don’t yet have a pool and we don't plan to be serving breakfast until the whole lodge is finished.
BUT…we would love to have visitors – especially those who’d like to lend a hand as we try to create something outside our comfort zone.
